Busy Days After Shopping at the Farmers' Market!

WHAT'S GOING ON THIS SEASON: Lorraine Gray is participating with the "Cooking Up Traditions" program by working on two culinary gardens.

HUNGRY? Ramona and Jesus Oaxaca are offering lunch at the Market in 2019.

PARKING: The Española Farmers Market has waived the no-parking-in-bike-lane regulation during the Monday markets only during our summer season.

MORE MARKET INFORMATION:

Ask Sabra Moore about nursery plants and plant starts. She has been looking into purchasing a Nursery Permit for the entire market. Stay tuned for the outcome.

                                                                We post on Twitter.

The Farmers Market in Espanola, NM during 2019 is open on Mondays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you show up early, you have the pick of the crop. Don't be surprised if you don't get what you need to prepare tasty dishes like the examples above if you roll into the market during the late afternoon. There's still plenty of produce to go around. But make sure you're early to get the best choices.

So much is at your fingertips at the market, open from June through October. This is the 13th year of the market blog. And we have been going strong as a farmers' market for over two decades. Plan ahead. Serve your special dishes to family and friends. It's a deal.
